The Hungarian Esports Federation was looking to learn from other countries’ experiences to help develop their national esports programs.

The federation needed expert insights into how other countries, like Denmark, had successfully integrated esports into national frameworks and developed sustainable esports programs.

The Solution I Brought:

I presented at the V4 Future Sports Conference, sharing Denmark’s approach to esports and offering strategies for how the Hungarian Esports Federation could replicate these successes. My focus was on building grassroots programs, creating sustainable business models, and fostering community involvement.

The Result:

The Hungarian Esports Federation gained valuable insights and started to implement strategies based on Denmark’s esports success. This helped them build stronger national programs and foster community involvement in esports.
