Short About the Case:

ENGSO wanted to explore how esports could benefit European sports clubs and associations, particularly in terms of youth engagement and inclusivity.

The Issue:

Many traditional sports clubs across Europe were unsure how esports could fit into their existing frameworks and how it could contribute to their broader goals of inclusivity and member engagement.

The Solution I Brought:

I provided expert talks and consultation, showing how esports can align with the values of traditional sports while also bringing new opportunities for youth engagement, inclusivity, and digital literacy.

The Result:

ENGSO’s member organizations gained a clearer understanding of how to integrate esports into their programs, opening up new avenues for attracting and retaining younger members.

Short About the Organisation:

ENGSO is a European network of non-governmental sports organizations that work to promote grassroots sports, inclusivity, and social change through sport.
