Short About the Case:

ISCA, a global network of grassroots sports organizations, sought to understand how esports could help attract new members to grassroots sports clubs.

The Issue:

Grassroots sports organizations were facing declining membership numbers, particularly among younger audiences, and needed innovative ways to engage the next generation.

The Solution I Brought:

I delivered workshops, talks, and blog posts that explored how esports could act as a bridge to attract young people into traditional sports clubs. I demonstrated how integrating gaming into sports programs could make these clubs more appealing to tech-savvy youth.

The Result:

ISCA saw increased interest from its network in esports, and many organizations began to implement esports programs as a way to attract new members and retain existing ones.

Short About the Organisation:

ISCA is a global association that promotes grassroots sports and physical activity as part of everyday life through partnerships, advocacy, and events.
